Migraine Attack
According to definition of migraine ,Migraine is a neurological syndrome characterized by altered bodily perceptions, severe headaches, and nausea. Physiologically, the migraine headache is a neurological condition more common to women than to men.
The typical migraine headache is unilateral (affecting one half of the head) and pulsating, lasting from 4 to 72 hours; symptoms include nausea, vomiting, photophobia (increased sensitivity to light), and phonophobia (increased sensitivity to sound).
Now migraine attack me, i don't want to lay down and sleep because it worsen more..the more i move the more pain, so i try to focus one direction only, this migraine is killing me! I just take analgesic medicine. Hope after 30 minutes it will be better and I can go to bed and sleep.. What about you guys, are experiencing this migraine?

I have experienced a few migraines in my life, but I'm lucky that I'm not prone to them. I definitely feel for those people who get them on a constant basis!
