Stay Home Mother needs smart ways to accomplish their tasks and manage their time effectively. Sometimes if you have small baby, you can’t work efficiently. One way or another you want your home to be well arrange despite having a small baby at home.
We should be creative with the family income. Between paying bills, attending school activities of the children, buying groceries and household chores. We are looking always for new ways to stretch a dollar. I got some tips and ideas being a frugal mom.
Moisturize as you clean, when using rubber gloves to clean, wash etc, put your favourite hand lotion or moisturizer, it will help slip hands easily into the rubber gloves. And while you are cleaning it will moisturize your hands especially if you handle warm water.
Using a lost sock you can use it applying furniture polish, floor wax and other types of cleaning.
Make a paste of lemon juice and salt (or substitute baking soda or cream of tartar for the salt) and coat the affected area. Let it stay on for five minutes. Then wash in warm water, rinse and dry. You can still use the same mixture to clean metal kitchen sink too.
Baby bottles inevitably pick up a sour milk smell. Toothpaste will remove the odor in a jiffy. Just put some on your bottle brush and scrub away. Be sure to rinse it thoroughly.
Use charcoal to get rid of musty odor on old books. If your bookcase has glass doors, it may provide a damp environment that can cause a moist and molds.
