Migraine can make you hell
Since weather is not good at all, very hot on day time and cold at night. This climate trigger my migraine. Migraine can be set in motion with different factors arises. Climate, stress and hormones. Maybe I have a very (hyper) sensitive brain that overreact to certain stimuli or triggers. Stress is a major migraine trigger. If we suffer from migraine, it's time to build a stress busting activities, such as deep breathing, listening to music and meditation. I try this and it is helpful.
Dehydration is a key factor in many headaches, including migraines. Be sure to drink 6-8 glasses of water or more. Keep in mind that you need more water if you consume alcohol or caffeine (dehydrating beverages). And it's summer time, you sweat a lot, so you need more water to drink.
Lack of sleep or insomnia can trigger migraine too. But so much sleep or staying in your bed past in your regular waking time can also gives you headache. This happen to me too. So go to bed in your usual time and wake up around same time each day. It is very important to have a good quality sleep. Make an effort to wind down at least half an hour before you hit the hay. Turn off the computer, cellphone, television to help quiet your mind. Keep your room cool and quiet and block out light.
