Want easy to lower your lipid levels? try eating several small meals throughout the day instead of one or two larger meals. People who eat six or more meals a day have cholesterol levels up to five percent lower than those of people who eat just one or two meals a day. even better, the frequent eaters have lower cholesterol levels even though they consume more total calories and fat. Eating frequently appears to influence your metabolism by preventing spikes in insulin production and reducing cholesterol production in the body.

I'm trying to do this right now. Eating small meals instead of downing several plates thrice a day was supposed to stimulate weight reduction and allows you to control cholesterol intake. Hopefully, I can see the effects soon.
Cheers!

I've been doing this since getting ulcers in college. My food intake is pretty healthy. What's sorely lacking around here is exercise, hehe. :)
I've learned that 6 meals a day is way better then 3, which is why I try to eat at least 5 to 6 little meals a day :)
It makes sense once you think about it!
