Summer is here! I can feel it. Department of Health warns public for 6 diseases and health hazard during this summer vacation.
These diseases are flu, sore eyes, sunburn, dog bites, stomach ailments and skin diseases. Avoid the sun from 10am to 2pm. Be sure to be cautious about it. Wear sunglasses and apply sunscreen to your skin one hour is better before going out. To all elderly who have hypertension, take your maintenance daily. Prevent from heat stroke by drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day. And don't stay outdoor. Take a bath daily,
Foods are easily contaminated when it is exposed and it's spoiled faster because of the warm temperature. So finish it or keep refrigerated. Avoid street foods. And to those who love to have picnics, be alarmed!
You can have skin problem when the pool is not maintained. Just be reminded to take a bath after swimming.
Rabies is a fatal disease, be sure your dogs have the vaccine.
Be alarmed by what happenings in our surroundings.. Health is wealth. Better stay at home :)
